Judith Nygard, C.P.A. is the Managing Partner for Strategic Growth and Transformation Partners LLC (SGT). She leads the firms services dedicated to helping organizations achieve strategic business growth and transformation through market leading Human Capital strategies, programs and practices, with a focus on helping clients define their workforce requirements, deliver better financial results and ensure the optimal performance of leaders and organizational talent.
Judy has a wealth of experience working with large, complex global organizations. She assists clients with HR strategy, practices and design and implementation of Leadership, Talent and Total Rewards strategies. With 28 years of consulting experience, Judy is a recognized expert in strategic leadership, workforce planning, and managing human capital issues across geographic and organizational boundaries. She works with clients on all aspects of global HR, including strategy, structure, program design, implementation, regulatory considerations, valuation, equity and competitive assessment.
The premier global companies Judy has worked with span various industries, including Consumer Goods, Technology, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech. She is an author and frequent speaker on global Human Capital practices. Her recent speaking engagements include several Business Leadership forums, CEO Leadership Conferences, CFO Leadership Conferences and Industry Conferences across the globe.
Prior to establishing Strategic Growth and Transformation Partners (SGT), Judy was the global practice leader for the Talent, Rewards and Mobility Advisory and Transformation Practice at a Big Four Firm. This followed her tenure as the Managing Principal and Global Practice Leader of the Talent and Rewards Practice at major global consulting firms. In these roles, she managed the global consulting businesses and advised major multinational organizations on global HR strategies, practices and programs. Judy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois and a certificate in Arts and Sciences from Northwestern University.
Karee is a leader in global talent, total rewards, and mobility. Karee’s over 20 years of global human resources experience includes; aligning global talent, total rewards, and mobility with the business strategy, benchmarking and designing programs, as well as consulting with clients on human resource issues in the context of global transactions and expansion into new markets. Her clients have spanned multiple industries and geographies.
Karee has worked in both corporate and consulting companies in the United States and Germany. She started her career working in various human resources management positions in a global, diversified manufacturing company. Her passion for languages and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds enabled Karee to relocate to Germany where she lived and worked for six years. For the past 20 years, Karee has consulted with various clients while working at a major global consulting firm and most recently at a Big Four firm before joining the SGT Partners network in 2018.
Karee received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University where she majored in International Relations and German and minored in Russian and East European Studies. She is a certified Global Human Resources Professional (GPHR) and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and WorldAtWork.
Natalie is an experienced consultant who focuses on global talent, rewards, and mobility strategy. She has worked with clients across many industries, including consumer goods, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Natalie works with clients on a variety of talent strategy initiatives, including developing and articulating an organizational talent strategy; design and management of global rewards programs; development and implementation of global job architecture and structures; evaluation of opportunities for new country entry from an HR compliance perspective; and adapting talent philosophy and offerings to align with changing workforce dynamics.
Natalie was a consultant at a Big Four accounting firm before moving to SGT Partners in 2018. She has served as a key member of the Strategic Leadership team in the development of services and practices. Natalie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts; she majored in Economics and French and minored in International Studies.
Kristina’s consulting experience includes working with global clients across various industries focused on the alignment of business strategies to performance requirements and leading practices across talent, rewards and mobility programs.
Kristina was a consultant at a Big Four accounting firm where she served clients across Consumer Goods, Financial Services and Technology industries in the areas of talent, rewards and mobility design and management. She served as a member of the Strategic Leadership team in building global solutions and services. Following this experience, she has spent her career in financial services in both consulting and corporate roles. She most recently led the go-to-market strategy and launch of a newly developed product for a Fortune 100 company.
Kristina earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior.
