She leads the firms services dedicated to helping organizations achieve strategic business growth and transformation through market leading Human Capital strategies, programs and practices, with a focus on helping clients define their workforce requirements, deliver better financial results and ensure the optimal performance of leaders and organizational talent.
Judy has a wealth of experience working with large, complex global organizations. She assists clients with HR strategy, practices and design and implementation of Leadership, Talent and Total Rewards strategies. With 28 years of consulting experience, Judy is a recognized expert in strategic leadership, workforce planning, and managing human capital issues across geographic and organizational boundaries. She works with clients on all aspects of global HR, including strategy, structure, program design, implementation, regulatory considerations, valuation, equity and competitive assessment.
The premier global companies Judy has worked with span various industries, including Consumer Goods, Technology, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech. She is an author and frequent speaker on global Human Capital practices. Her recent speaking engagements include several Business Leadership forums, CEO Leadership Conferences, CFO Leadership Conferences and Industry Conferences across the globe.
Prior to establishing Strategic Growth and Transformation Partners (SGT), Judy was the global practice leader for the Talent, Rewards and Mobility Advisory and Transformation Practice at a Big Four Firm. This followed her tenure as the Managing Principal and Global Practice Leader of the Talent and Rewards Practice at major global consulting firms. In these roles, she managed the global consulting businesses and advised major multinational organizations on global HR strategies, practices and programs. Judy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois and a certificate in arts and sciences from Northwestern University.
