Natalie is experienced in areas of global leadership, talent, rewards, and mobility strategy. Natalie works with organizations to identify and execute against critical talent initiatives, including developing and articulating an organizational talent strategy; design and management of global rewards programs; development and implementation of global job architecture and structures; evaluation of opportunities for new country entry from an HR perspective; and adapting talent philosophy, programs, and policies to align with changing workforce dynamics and organizational culture.
Throughout her career, Natalie has partnered with organizations across many industries, including consumer goods, technology, financial services, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare.
Before joining SGT in 2018, Natalie was a senior consultant at Deloitte. Natalie graduated from Boston College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts; she majored in Economics and French and minored in International Studies.
