A business leader with a strong strategic orientation, Rahul has over 20 years of experience in consulting and operating roles. He has extensive global experience having held progressively challenging and functionally diverse positions ranging from product strategy and development to business transformation, and developing technology solutions for talent and workforce analytics. 

Rahul has worked with organizations in the technology, financial and professional services sectors across Asia, Europe and the US. This global experience has enabled his expertise in leveraging local market dynamics while navigating cultural complexities to develop solutions and execute on strategies.

As an operations executive, Rahul has successfully implemented business transformation and change management solutions to deliver double digit revenue growth to a consulting business. He has overseen large scale functional transformation projects, with Talent being a critical component. Rahul successfully utilized rewards and incentive alignment, training & development and recognition, along with process redesign, to build a high-performing and driven team. He has managed buy-side operational due diligence for multiple prospects and is proficient in leading through the uncertainties of a merger, and managing efficient M&A integrations for global organizations.

Rahul has an entrepreneurial mindset and regularly spends time in ideation of potential technology products and processes. Before joining SGT Partners, Rahul was managing his own entrepreneurial venture, where he routinely advised start-ups in product development, market entry, business development and change management strategies. Prior to that, Rahul was an Associate Partner at Aon Hewitt.

Rahul has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Physics from Delhi University and an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
