As a consultant for SGT, Gina is focused on engaging with organizations to enable strategic initiatives across the areas of leadership, talent, rewards, mobility and strategic alignment. She supports organizations across several industries to develop, enhance, and implement HR policies, programs, practices, and procedures. Gina specializes in HR consulting and is passionate about helping organizations to define their programmatic and operational objectives in order to develop tailored HR strategies. She provides engagement support and development of solutions to help achieve the targeted objectives and deliver critical business impact. Prior to joining SGT, Gina gained experience in Customer Management, Marketing and Human Resources. She served as a long-term trusted team member for a privately held small business and worked as a recruiter for the Trinity International University athletic department.
Gina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Trinity International University, with an emphasis in Marketing and Human Resources. Gina served as a leader for both the Softball team and Basketball team, accelerating her skills in adaptability, collaboration, critical thinking, and operational planning.
