Allison has over 15 years of experience partnering with leading, large, multinational clients to address their global total rewards needs.
Allison is an experienced leader working with organizations to realize business goals through engaging and empowering their people, crafting and executing tailored talent solutions to address business challenges and opportunities in areas of global leadership, talent, rewards, and mobility strategy.
Allison’s 20-plus years of global human resources and project management experience includes working with global organizations to identify and execute against critical talent initiatives, including developing and articulating an organizational talent strategy; design and management of global rewards programs; development and implementation of global job architecture and structures; evaluation of opportunities for new country entry or integration from an HR perspective; and adapting talent philosophy, programs, and policies to align with changing workforce dynamics and organizational culture. She has a strong passion for global project management.
Prior to joining SGT, Allison worked as a consultant at A.T. Kearney and at Aon Hewitt, where she standardized global rewards operations across the Latin America region and focused on global project management. She has worked with clients across various industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer goods, managed care, not-for-profit, manufacturing, retail, technology, and construction. Her experience ranges from partnering with large, global premier companies to start-ups.
Allison graduated from Northwestern University where she received Bachelor of Science degrees in the Honors Program in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences (MMSS) and in Political Science.
