Allison has over 15 years of experience partnering with leading, large, multinational clients to address their global total rewards needs.
Allison’s consulting experience has primarily focused on partnering with clients in the area of global total rewards. The majority of her experience is in: global benchmarking, short and long-term incentive competitive assessments, inventories of human resources policies and practices, compliance of compensation and benefits programs in various countries, global leveling assessments, development of salary structures, and the creation of international assignment policies and packages. She has extensive experience in partnering with clients and colleagues in over 30 countries to establish global thought leadership networks and to manage even the most complex of projects.
Prior to joining SGT, Allison worked as a consultant at Hewitt Associates and A.T. Kearney. She has worked with clients across various geographies and industries, including pharmaceutical, consumer goods, managed care, not-for-profit, manufacturing, and retail.
Allison received a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University where she double majored in the Honors Program in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences (MMSS) and Political Science.
